Wesleyan Hills is divided by street into 31 Mini-Neighborhoods. Annually, each Mini-Neighborhood elects its officers and representatives to the WHA Council.

Wesleyan Hills Condominium Associations: There are six condominium associations within the master community. Each association has its own Board of Directors and is responsible for the day to day operations within its association. All associations incorporate into their rules & regulations the Wesleyan Hills Blue Book. The Wesleyan Hills community has 270 condominium units within it.

1. Long Hill Condominium Association comprised of 110 units, located at 739 through 839 Long Hill Road. The Board of Directors has 7 members and meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 P.M., at the Little Barn.

2. Ridgely One Condominium Association comprised of 42 units, located at 818-900 Long Hill Road. The Board of Directors has 5 members and meets at 5:30 on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at the Little Barn.

3. Ridgely Two Condominium Association comprised of 36 units, located at 746-816 Long Hill Road. The Board of Directors has 4 members and meets at 7:00 P.M. on the 1st Thursday of the month. ( Call for location. )

4. Ridgely Three Condominium Association comprised of 18 units, located at 710-744 Long Hill Road. The Board of Directors has 3 members and meets the 4th Wednesday of each month. ( Call for location. )

5. Governors' Grove Condominium Association comprised of 38 units, located on Orange Road. The Board of Directors has 5 members and meets the 2nd Thursday of each month. ( Call for location. )

6. Laurel Ridge Association comprised of 26 units, located on Laurel Grove Road. The Board of Directors has 3 members and meets quarterly. ( Call for location. )
