The Wesleyan Hills Association (WHA), located in Middletown, CT, would like to welcome you to our community!  

The Wesleyan Hills community comprises over 560 units, split almost equally between single family homes and condominiums.

The community has over three miles of paved walking paths, beautiful pond areas, approximately 100 acres of open space lands and abuts the historic Wadsworth State Park. The Barns complex, which offers a meeting room at a minimal rate for residents, is ideal for that "family surprise party." The Big Barn, usually reserved for weddings and larger events, is also discounted for residents.
