The Wesleyan Hills Board of Directors conducts the business of the entire Association and meets the 2nd Monday each Month at 7:00pm in the Little Barn.

Architectural & Landscape Review Committee (ALRC)
The Wesleyan Hills Architectural & Landscape Review Committee meets the 2nd Monday each Month at 7:00pm in the Little Barn. The Committee reviews all exterior changes, new construction and landscaping changes. This Committee is made up of Volunteers from the community who give their time each month to review and approve all exterior changes within the community. All Applications need to be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to meeting date in order to be considered for that months agenda. All applicants are urged to call Meadows Management (860-635-0188) if they have questions about the process.
The Wesleyan Hills Council
The Wesleyan Hills Council will meet on the following dates in 2008: Feb-4th, Mar-3rd, Apr-7th, May-5th, and Sept-15th at 7pm in the Little Barn. The Council is comprised of the Representatives from the thirty-one Mini-Neighborhoods and is led by the Chairperson, Vice-chair, and Secretary. The Council is the advisory arm of the master association and provides motions approved at its meetings to the Wesleyan Hills Board of Directors. The Council gives it opinions, suggestions and approval or disapproval to the Board on items such as the yearly budget, landscaping procedures on common areas, Bylaw changes, expenditures, major purchases, etc. Members of the community are always welcome to attend and voice their views and opinions. However, only neighborhood representatives are allowed to vote on motions.
